So here is another delicious food I LOOOOVE...........GRILLED CHEESE!!!!!!!!!!!
I love how simple and easy it is and you can just add stuff to it to make it even better!!

Mother's Day!

Since Mother's Day is coming up I thought i would share some ideas for gifts I found. Hope you like them!...... And your mom!
I will post some pictures of what I got my mom for mother's Day soon. Still wan't it to be a surprise so I can't put it up here or she will see!!!

• A list of 100 things you all love about her!
• A weeks worth of doing the laundry.
• Jewelry.
• Let her sleep in as long as she likes!
• A creative family tree.
• Unloading/loading the dishwasher. ( I personally don't like doing this!) :)
• A journal you made.
• BREAKFAST IN BED! ( I'm not a mom but I love getting breakfast in bed and i know my mom does too!)
• A book signed by her favorite author.
• LOTS OF RECIPES!

JAZZ GAME!

ME AND MY FAMILY HAD SO MUCH FUN AT THE JAZZ GAME! WE ATE ICE CREAM TOO! SADLY, THE JAZZ LOST BY 6 BUT SINCE IT WAS OUR FIRST TIME GOING WE ENJOYED IT! I ALSO GOT MY HAIR SPRAYED GREEN!

So a couple weeks ago I tried out for the Legacy Jr. High  play....... and.......... I got in! Only two sixth graders got in!. Just know that anybody can try new things! Hopefully it will go well! And I tried out for ROMEO AND JULIET .. i love to act if you can't tell!

AMISH CANDY!

So hey as my first post I wanted to do my favorite recipe. since I LOVE to cook you'll be seeing a ton of recipes. My first one is is Amish Candy! It's a delicious treat of saltine crackers covered in caramel, then layered with chocolate! HEAVEN! It's also So easy to make...... I don't just love the taste of the treat but because it has a good life lesson. Since it starts off as just being a little tray of saltine crackers you don't think much of it. But when you add the caramel and chocolate it tastes really good. People are like that. We all start off as plain crackers, but when we add good stuff to our lives we become unique in all different ways. 

My grandma gave me this recipe so I hope you all enjoy it!

       RECIPE:

 AMISH CANDY

PREHEAT OVEN TO 350.

LINE COOKIE SHEET WITH ALUMINUM FOIL AND UP THE SIDES TOO. COVER WITH SALTINE CRACKERS.

CARAMEL: 

2 STICKS OF BUTTER/MARGARINE

1 CUP WHITE SUGAR

1 1/2 TEASPOON VANILLA

BOIL FOR THREE MINUTES. *START TIME AS SOON AS IT STARTS TO BOIL!* 

POUR OVER CRACKERS AND BAKE FOR 12 TO 14 MINUTES. OR UNTIL LIGHTLY BROWN ON TOP.

THEN ADD I 1/2 CUP CHOCOLATE CHIPS OVER CRACKERS, PUT BACK IN OVEN FOR ABOUT 45 SECONDS.  SPREAD THE CHOCOLATE AROUND. SIT 15 MINUTES THEN PUT IN FRIDGE. BREAK UP AND ENJOY!
