The Best Key lime Pie Recipe!

So, there are many versions of Key Lime Pie but i believe this is the best one yet!!!


Ingredients for the pie:
1- 9inch  graham cracker crust pie shell
1- 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
3 egg yolks(no whites!)
2 Cups lime juice

combine all ingredients until smooth. Pour into pie shell and bake at 350degrees F for 15min. Let stand for 10 min. before refrigerating.
                                 Top with whip cream!

Clafoutis

Clafoutis( Cla-foo-tee) is a french breakfast and dessert. I love making irt and it is so fast and easy!


Clafoutis
4 eggs
2 cups milk or rice milk
1/3 cup flour
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 t salt
1 t almond extract or vanilla extract
1/2 cup fresh or frozen fruit. (i like to use raspberries or blueberries)
   Place eggs, milk,flour, sugar,salt,and extract in a blender. Blend for about 30 seconds. Pour into a quiche dish or oven proof glass dish. put fruit on top and cook at 350 F for 45 min. or until Clafoutis is not very jiggly.
        I like it best when cold but can be eaten either way. refrigerate leftovers!

Frozen oat Drink

So here is a recipe for those of you out there who don't like oatmeal but want to get all the benefits from it. this is an oatmeal drink that i love!!( i also very much dislike oatmeal.. it's so slimy)

Frozen Oat Drink
1 cup ice
1/2 cup frozen fruit
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1 banana
1/2 cup !!!UNCOOKED!!! oats
1 T honey
1 cup liquid (you can use any kind of liquid, i sometimes use pineapple juice or even water works.)

                                     Blend all together and drink!

Romeo and Juliet- final performance

so today at 8 is the last performance of Romeo and Juliet. i want to thank all the cast members... they are all awesome!!thanks to everyone who saw it and wished me luck!

Sooooooo. Guess what? I am Abraham in the play Romeo and Juliet!!! It is a production at the Davis arts council in Layton Utah. Check out the pictures of the cast during reheresal at the Davis arts council's facebook page. If you want to come see the play it is at the Layton Amphitheater.
